They spend more on fancy cars and luxury accessories. I enjoy so much traveling in the world and taste different foods. The Michelin here in US is not comparable to France, could be because of the lower quality ingredients.

Hi, great tribute to bistro cuisine in Paris. I'm French but I presently live outside France and have almost forgotten the great connection the French feel with their cuisine. Your video just revived that special connection and I thank you for that. French cuisine at its climax may feel too elaborate but "bistrots" usually offer staples of signature regional specialties both simple and delicious. Tout ce qu'on aime!

I didn't get to eat everything I had hoped to try but I did get the Profiterols and a salad with fried cheese, lardons and egg. The onion soup I had was made with chicken broth and was so flavorful you'd swear it was beef broth. Loved my ham, cheese and mushroom galette and butter and sugar crepe. The rest of the meals were delicious as well. Just need to come back.

I enjoyed these the first time around and even more in this compilation; great to find them all in the same place. I went to Savy because of this video (the first time I saw it) and we had the same waiter as you. The food was great as was the service. I had the foie de veau and it didn't disappoint. On our way back to London we went to Terminus Nord, a really busy place with great food and service, when you're next in that neck of the woods, I thoroughly recommend it. The sole meuniere is delicious.
