I love Pasta Salad! Input my dressing on the bare pasta as soon as it is cooled down. A whole bottle gets pulled into the pasta. Then I add more it necessary after the vegetables

I use Rotini and Bow tie pasta in mine. We like ours more creamier, so I do zesty Italian and Ranch in ours. I think it’s hard to make a small bowl of pasta salad. 😂. We just got our beef back from processing. Have you all thought about doing that? We have done a Longhorn beef last 3 years and the meat is always good.

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad is also delicious. Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad 1 (1lb) box of Bowtie Pasta 1lb of Bacon cooked and chopped. 1lb of Cherry tomatoes cut in half 1 Cup of Mayo. Your choice - I use Hellman’s 1 Cup of Whole milk 1 Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Packet (3 Tablespoons if you have the Sam’s Club Size) 8oz Cheese of your choice. Chedder or Colby Jack work well. 1. Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking process. 2. Brown the bacon and then chop it up into bite size pieces. 3. Slice the Cherry tomatoes in half and set aside. 4. Mix the Mayo, whole milk, and ranch dressing together to make sauce. 5. Add Cherry tomatoes, sauce, cheese, and bacon to pasta. 6. Mix and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

This is funny I just got 4 cans of spam yesterday at the store. We grew up on spam so I love it fried or plain. And my mother use to diced it up and put in a macaroni salad and it was good in that. So I'm sure there is more ways of eating spam. Lol love your videos

I fix a pasta salad very similar to what you fixed. I usually use bow-tie pasta, hard salami,fresh mozzarella cheese, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, black olives, zesty Italian dressing & sprinkle on parmesan (the green can). We love it! We actually already had this on our menu for one night this week before you even talked about it on couch time. Great minds think alike! I love watching your channel.

Leslie, I have a great idea to solve the onion texture problem! Over the bowl, rub the onion on a fine grater or kitchen rasp! You'll get all the flavor of the onion, but no texture. Perfect for Bryant! 👏 To distribute the pepperoni, you could put them across the top and use the handle of a wooden spoon to push each one down into the pasta (pre-dressing or post-dressing), then add some to the top for garnish. My late husband used that technique when he made his pasta cavatini.

That’s exactly the way I make my pasta salad. Two things though, & I’m saying this out of love for you…. Please use a cutting board instead of styrofoam plates to chop your veggies. Your knife will be dull before you know it. I bought some really thin cutting boards from William Sonoma that go right in the dishwasher. Now here’s another tip for you. Try McCormick’s Salad Supreme on your pasta salad. I sprinkle it heavily over the top and put it in the table if anyone wants more. I get it at Walmart (Amazon has it too). Your pasta salad looks delicious!! Have you tried cooking pasta in your Instant Pot? I found this on the Internet and it works great every time! Take the lesser amount of time (if an odd number, round down), then divide by 2, and finally subtract 2. For example: Cooking time on the box says 9-10 mins. Take the 9 mins and round down to 8. Then divide 8 by 2 = 4, then subtract 2, 4-2=2. So the cook time would be 2 mins. Pressure cook on High. When done, natural release for 5 minutes, then full release. Don't forget to salt your water (2 cups water per 8 oz of pasta). Works great! The great thing is you don't have to stand over the pasta to keep stirring, it doesn't heat up the whole kitchen in the summer. In the summer I will release the steam outdoors to keep the kitchen cool. 😀

Hi Leslie we all Knew Feta but y’all I have to say feta is such a good choice. Years ago a friend at work shared his wife’s shrimp feta & pasta salad. She used fusili pasta which I like with just cherry tomatoes, red onion thinly sliced, feta cheese and large shrimp cut in half. Use Italian dressing or good seasons but it was soooo good. The feta made it special.

I forgot an herb for the pasta shrimp salad, fresh basil. It’s a nice change and so good.
