Excellent tips! 😍 I'm a new subscriber over here! One tip that works amazingly well for better length retention/hair quality in my experience is deep conditioning regularly. Ever since I started deep conditioning my hair on a weekly basis, I've noticed a dramatic difference in the strength and quality of my strands. I've also experienced greater length retention which is always a plus! 😃

Awesoe, awesome, I so agree less is best, I have learned this along the way also, can't use heavy products on my strands either, my hair us going through some sort of metamorphosis as it transition with the gray hair strands, it has been a struggle at times, I am just going to keep going.
