Your example of an overly done run near the end. 😂 Sam, you’re so much fun.

Great reaction, and yes, sometimes less is more and she definitely knows it. Don't get me wrong, she can really belt it out, but she doesn't rely on that for most of her songs, she really knows how to deliver songs and she is very acrobatic with her voice. I posted a link to her cover of Scarborough Fair on your discord which you asked about. Aurora is very on diverse in her songs, she is a lyrical genius, IMO, and wonderfully quirky and weird, her fans are Warriors and Weirdos. Thanks.

Aurora has already done a cover of "Scarborough Fair", parsley, sage rosemary and tyme. It's on KZbin. She did it as part of a TV series.

Welcome to the Queendom. She recently released her fourth album “What Happened to the Heart.” She has really matured. Her poetry is next level.
@johnytwoАй бұрын
She has already done the song. But you know what? Just choose any cover by her (or any of her songs, of course) and it is damn perfect. Life on Mars is something special though, because it is more than perfect, which obviously, cannot be, but she made it be such. :)

Great reaction to this beautiful performance, I’m pretty sure Bowie would’ve loved it too❤️ Subscribed👍 Aurora has a lot of great covers like for example: “Across the universe” by The Beatles live at Triple J Like a Version “Believer” by Imagine Dragons live at P3 This was a challenge. When she arrived the radio station she was given a list of songs to choose from. She had never heard of the band or the song, but only chose it because she loves dragons lol She had an hour to rehearse before singing it live👍 “Teardrop” by Massive attack live at Triple J Like a Version “Famous blue raincoat” by Leonard Cohen live in Oslo “Nature boy” live at Nidarosdomen But her own songs are worth checking out, and you can basically pick any song😍 I recommend: “Through the eyes of a child” live at Nidarosdomen This is an important song for her “It happened quiet” live at Current This song was inspired by domestic violence, she gets killed and in the end she comes back to haunt him. “The Seed” official video or live at HAIK “Little boy in the grass” live at Nidarosdomen She wrote this after losing a friend in the awful massacre on the tiny island Utøya in Norway on the 22 of July 2011, where 69 people (mostly youths) were shot and killed🥺❤️ Her new album is amazing, and the first song I recommend is “A soul with no King” live at Vevo Love all the songs though 😍😍

nice reaction. she is very good with covers, and yes, she covered 'scarborough fair' from simon & garfunkel. but let me tell you: her own songwriting is over the top. thanks.

Yes an amazing performance. This version is her " sad" version. The version on.howard Stern is her " frustrated " performance. My personal favorite. The story being told is one of.....WTF is wrong with us humans.....and the story teller asking....is there life on Mars? Can't be any worse then here.

I never mind when a reactor just gets lost in the song. There isn't much to critique, but there is SO much to be said about AURORA as a human and an artist. I'm sure if you continue listening to AURORA, you will understand just what I mean. She's such a special artist/human. I can only imagine how proud Bowie would have been if he had a chance to witness this performance. Bowie said that Lorde was going to make a big impact on music, but that's because he had probably never heard Aurora. Despite basically being raised by David Bowie, I had never really listened closely to the lyrics of this song until I heard AURORA sing it, and she helped give this song a whole new meaning. Aurora always sings effortlessly. It seems to come completely naturally to her. As for a song I'd love to hear AURORA sing....I'd probably say "Fade into You" by Mazzy Star. I'd also love to see her cover a Bjork song like "Hyperballad".
