It's so hard to comment on this video. I don't want to try and write something funny because timing is everything with comedy and it might just come out wrong. Even worse than that, I think, is saying something that sounds so patently simple like "It's gonna be ok!" or "Hang in there gurl!" I wish I knew some magical incantation that I could speak to make you feel wonderful but in that regard, my powers are tragically limited. I DO know that sometimes in life there are events that occur that simply have no joy in them. Even for the most hopeful and joyful, sometimes we just need time to grieve. It doesn't mean we surrender to it. We have to just acknowledge it and ride it out. The worst part is, no matter what anyone says or does it won't really matter. It just passes with time, and how long it takes is how long it takes. I've always thought that the best thing a real friend can say at a funeral is "I love you. I'm here for you, whatever you need." So I guess that's what I'll say to you Sarah and I'm sure lots of others feel the same way.

I will be sending positive thoughts and love your way. Hope you're able to work through the eating issues and get to a place where you are comfortable and happy.

Hi Sarah. I'm going to have VSG surgery soon and I found your channel. First off, congrats on all the weight you've lost. You not only look amazing, but you seem happier and healthier. I just want to hug ya to be honest. You've been such an inspiration to me. So, thank you for making these videos. They are helping so many people out there, omg you don't even know :D. I thought I would answer this by trying to think of 100 things I would miss now I am a left below knee amputee, CAUSED by a woman videoing while driving.With your influence you can help stamp out this dangerous and futile practice.
