I cannot believe I didnt clue into adsense before. Google is a life saver for a lot of responsible online people. You just gotta take the time to learn, like watching these videos. These videos do a fantastic job explaining all the stuff that used to spook me away. Again, back to my Parents and Best Friends said, "Gord, you must always dot the i's and cross the t's!" on 2012 when adsense was introduced to youtube, i was getting .06 cpc, after a few years it was down to .04 cpc, then adsense decided they were greedy and deserved to get more than the publisher. then it went down from .04 to .02 cpc, wow, and just when I though it would not get any lower. now it's .01 cpc. what is next? 1/2 cent?? or .005 cpc? this is very frustrating for youtubers who work really hard only to see our revenue cut by half every 1.5 to 2 years. now being a youtuber is worthless and forcing us to look other ways, today with all the competition, is really difficult, and adsense does not help on anything but being more greedy.

KZbin works on 55-45% revenue share model. For e.g if you make $100 from the Ads, YT will take $55 and pay you $45.Most of the Big brands are moving away from KZbin because of the Brand Safety reason. OTT platforms like Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu is where the Advertisers are going to spend the most in coming years.

@ 2:12 an idea just came up on my mind that: specify a day to interact with any Ad that appears in the channel you are watching to benefit the owner of the channel. if you do, and X user and Y user and Z will do the same we will all benefit each other

The only thing we care about are the net revenue, without idiotic confusing acronyms. What is it, it is hard even write ? You do not even have the excuse of the ink consumption. Eliminate the acronyms and write plainly the exact amount of the gain. This is transparency, everything else is confuse the people and nobody cares. A small pill of wisdom : Outside of the United States the obsessive use of acronyms is regarded universally as nonsense. Personally I find it even offensive. Nobody has all this time to waste just to remember what the heck should mean a particular acronym.

Of course, we want money at first sight. But if you want to monetize your traffic flow you should learn the difference between all these kinds of stuff such as CPC, CPM, CPL, CPS. Sure, it is such a pain in the neck, that is why I have become an affiliate in AFFMY.com.Their account manager helped me to choose good monetization solution for my type of traffic and now I don't have any problem, just drive my traffic on their offers and withdraw my revenue from bank :)
