F is the multiplication (OR , *, ^) of the operators in his left . For example, at step 7, xyz means x*y*z and is 1*1*1 which is 1. At step 5 x !y z means x * !y * z which is 1 * (!0) * 1 which is again 1*1*1 so 1.

How you solve the truth table in the Function column? 1,0,1,0,0,1,0,1 i dont understand that part or how to figure out those valors

its because of the xyz's that are in the previous column. For example, if x=0,y=0,z=0, and you have the expression xyz, this will be (0)(0)(0) = 0. Additionally, if you have xbarybarzbar, the complements of all those for x=0,y=0,z=0 would be (1)(1)(1) = 1.

the Function is a given example it's just a random output, and it's given for to write the Mint-Term and minterm is written only when the output is high so for m0 , m2, m5 and m7 he wrote them because they are giving high outputs....

I believe that F is a a set of operations that does not matter. It is arbitrary. He could have chosen any of the outputs to be 1 or 0. Most likely you would receive or build up a truth table based on a real world problem and this method would help you create a boolean algebra expression.
