I am SO thankful for finding you on youtube. I am a CPC since 2008 but terrified of the ICD-10. Since 10/31/2015 our office is using a program that changes ICD-9 to ICD-10 when you enter the old ICD-9 code. That is a disaster waiting to happen. I started trying to educate myself when I found you. I downloaded material and you are easy to understand and when I don't I pause and rewind. Thank you so much!!!!! I will make my donation to Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and St. Jude.

Mr. Nguyen, I want to thank you for these videos. I have used you sites to download both the CM and PCS coding manual. I am a 50 year old that has been downsized and started school for medical coding in July 2013. I have no medical experience and am catching on with your guidance. My classwork in anatomy is helping but I have not had enough experience with the procedures, I find I am googling to find the information I need to complete the assignments. I appreciate and all homework you give us as I have my first coding class in about 12 weeks and wants as much practice before my class starts. Blayne Lync
