Hi.. some tree families will not have 3d view. Check your tree model in separate window and check whether 3d model is available or not. You just need to double click on the tree you want to see

Hi.. Your issue might be 1. Some tree models will not have 3D view. It doesn't give realistic view. You need to try with other tree models 2. You can place your tree model in 'site' view. If you want to give it at a height, you need to give elevation. Hope i could clarify your queries.
