This is what I was trying to say the other night when we were talking. When I first picked my guitar up after not playing for so long after my injury, there was no connection. My goal has always been to have as little barrier between me and the instrument as possible. The closer to unity, the better. My muscle memory was gone. I practice in a very similar way. How the attack us, the angle of my pick, or how I use my fingers if fingerpicking or hybrid. The work you put in shows. You have been such an inspiration in getting back to playing after my injury. Getting back into fretless bass again to for my compositions. Metheny with Jaco had a big impact on me at an early age. Was so great seeing you again!

I have to say thank you for the time you take to share your knowledge with us, personally I've been following your youtube lesson for a while and it's a great inspiration to become a better bass player, specially with the transcriptions. Once again thank you Tony :D
