Thank you for sharing your lesson with Dana, Drew. Love watching you work through some of the deeper technical swing elements in detail. Respect the grind work. Cheers 🙌🙌👍💪

Great interaction between you and DD! Loved how you both worked through the new swing pattern adding each new part (feel) one at a time. I appreciate your posting this info! 👍

Great video; funny i have been working on exactly the same stuff, been missing irons just left and driver can be anywhere but mostly right. Really loving all your content over the last few years.

Great moves, thanks for your generosity here and on "that feed site" ;-) Have you stuck with this "held" release with your hands? A lot of long -- and accurate -- swingers like Hilary "Count Yogi", Mike Austin, Mike Dunaway, Fred Couples, Veejay let the club keep going on its own.... Great stuff Drew

Sick video man. I love watching and listening to good players/coaches work on stuff. I follow your swing updates on ig, but its cool seeing the process.

Thank you for sharing! The LTOP is interesting. The arm structure in that position too (abducting arm, retraction, etc.). Dana was talking about hands high versus flatter. Jordan Spieth talked about collapsing his backswing because he was getting runoff with arms. His new rehearsal looked like your arm structure when you were mimicking no LTOP with arms kind of folded and in front of you (leaning right with no core engagement). My swing is so short. Sometimes I see Dana standing behind a player with a stick pointed at left side of their head. Would be curious what the focus of that drill is? Thanks again!

Put the second axis tilt at p5 he will be perfect and can still be matched up due to him being an arc somatotype

It seems toward the end of the session your tempo slowed down and to me everything looked much smoother and better. I would think it more than difficult to try to think of four different concepts and one and a half seconds. ie: stay left, turn hips, don’t turn shoulders, let head go down and back. And there was more. Great swing and interesting stuff.

Thanks for Sharing Drew, you are lucky to have time with DD he's a magician. Funny you say "Qualifying for The Open"....how do you get traj down now in wind/bouncy fairways?

Marius Filmalter is best putting coach in the world. Yes, my opinion clubhead should move the "furthest", then hands and so on. So shoulders really don't move much, they move but more support the head

Is the thought of hitting the ball with the trail shoulder close to the feeling you're trying to achieve with the side bend part?
@D_cooper86 Жыл бұрын
Not for me, no. Not saying that is wrong but *for me* it’s the feel to A). Keep my head behind the ball and widen out the bottom of the arc and B). Help “shallow” the club in transition. All of my impact feels are left side feels
@freddym6643 Жыл бұрын
@@D_cooper86 Thanks, what did you mean by "arms/hands popping out" btw. Handpath going out too much in the downswing rather than down? Like Hovland, but without the matchups.

@@D_cooper86 oh BS, I'm a lot older than you and I still hit it great. Go watch that Kwon video again a couple times where you were killing it on that range amongst the various teaching pros and Be Better Golf guy. Watch specifically the starting motion, as it is one of the best I have ever seen in 50 years of golf. Do that starting motion again and you are automatically unfrozen, and fixed.
