From this outside observers viewpoint, it appears that the procedures established to address the issues surrounding global warming have been so degraded that they should be abandoned. No just resolution is likely to result from the COP process. A further thought: I can imagine this marvelous woman telling the same story during the 19th Century. It may be that humans are simply morally incapable of instituting fair legal procedures to adjudicate human rights.
