Wow, what a wonderful class - I especially liked the tip of thinking Krishna when we take a break and when a break through idea comes and the most important thing for me to do (which I know for a while now) is to remember what Krishna likes in speech and speak that way at work (beneficial, truthful, pleasing to ear and supported by the vedas)
