The dump and chase is working extremely well. Hopefully the Leafs keep winning those battles. Game 7 is going to be psychological for BOTH teams. Both have demons at their backs at this moment. One is going to vanquish their demon and the other is going to be once again swallowed whole. Keep going with the 1-2-2 forecheck and dump and chase. Stay physical. Game 7 is for the Leafs to take, it's up to them though...

I love the idea of keeping the top 6 as is even if Matthews comes back and then he’s an X factor with Robertson on the 4th line - if 34 is 60% I’d use him like that over Gregor and then of course on the PP

Playoff officiating screws Marner and Matthews. Come playoffs - Domi is a better Leaf First Line Centre within playoff officiating. Over the years - Matthews has been an 80% playoff disappointment over his career. I agree Matthews was a super star for one game (#2) this season. But that is partly why the Leafs Core 4 have screwed up together in the playoffs. My guess is Leafs Executives won’t appropriately upgrade the Leaf Core 4 again & if they keep Mathews at first line Centre - Bruins win this series - to no one’s surprise. 😀
