I grew up learning to cook from old school mother that was a great cook & cooked inexpensive food. I have worked in many commercial kitchens, many types of restaurants from steak houses, to health resorts, to senior housing. I left cooking as a career in my early 20’s. My wife of 36 years greatly appreciates the skills that I learned early in life, I family cook 7 days a week. I hope I have passed these skills on to my daughter.
