If you grind your teeth, you should protect them with a splint / night-guard anyways as your teeth will suffer. So no matter if you have implants or not, protecting all of your teeth, the natural and the artificial ones, should be always considered under those circumstances!

What about fracture resistance to occlusal loads and full mouth cases ?

With a sufficient number of implants and a balanced occlusion full mouth cases work with no problem. Like with titanium you should aim for centered implants and choose appropriate diameters to avoid fractures. If you follow the basic rules, fractures are very unlikely! @@karan5194 basically one piece implants act like a tooth, after you cemented your final crown, you would have to cut it to take it off again. Under wich circumstances would you see a need to take off the restoration again?
