Vampire and Human logic is not the same. This is a fucking masterpiece. This is SO Lestat and Louis, in the books they hurt one another and also love one another until they are "end-game". In the end, it is always Lestat and Louis, they always come back to each other. They've always been in love with one another and grow so much as individuals over the 100's years throughout the series.

this episode really shows how lestat feels soo entitled to Louis love. but when Lestat and Claudia are basically fighting over him. and at the end when he says :it was never u i wanted" to Claudia it shows this whole domestic life was to keep Louis happy. keep in mind Louie was gonna leave lestate prior to saving Claudia I think. so the fact he took in and saved Claudia speaks to him doing everything for louie.. It has always been about Louie. which is why lestat dosn't want Louie to be with or love anyone else not even his own daughter.Lestate loves Louie and feels so deserving of Louie love. that when Claudia comes back and Louie looks at her instead of him. he feels Louie slipping away.

Well Louis did say he was hateful when Claudia was gone. Lestat tried to be patient with Louis during this time, but what took Lestat over the edge was Louis leaving him & choosing Claudia over him. Cannot wait for Sunday!
