In 2012 I saw Radiohead and I was sitting next to a complete stranger. They told me before the show began that if they played Pyramid Song that they might start sobbing and to please be prepared. When they did play that song, this person began hugging me and sobbing. They said "I will never forget this moment!" I certainly haven't.

Saw Radiohead at Manchester in 2017. They opened with Let Down. (For the first time ever) I looked over to my right and saw a big burly, skin head bloke fully sobbing with a load of his friends consoling him and comforting him. To this day I’ve always wondered what had happened to him and what ‘Let Down’ had to do with it. Potentially the song was pivotal at a time he lost a relative or something like that. It was a beautiful moment to witness. Just makes me love the song even more.

The more of these I watch (the intimate nature, combined with just how prolific Thom has been recently) is starting to make me nervous.
