One thing I’ve realized about “letting go”: as things start working in your favor and ‘miracles’ start happening, it shouldn’t surprise you- it should feel completely natural and like not a big deal. if it makes me too happy suddenly, it’s the attachment that’s coming back. I just have to remind myself to stay calm, collected, & secure, no matter what.

I never felt a year like this one, where letting go is the only solution... There are so many out of the ordinary things going on, emotional states, plus people transitionning, different viruses, worrying about my expat situation every year or two years, about where I work and so on... I have to let go, to leave stress before once again and trust in my inner guidance, in the universe. A few phrases that keep coming up in my daily life - "let it go" and "into the unknown". Both are songs from... wait for it... DISNEY movies (Frozen and Frozen II, in case you didn't know) with no perfect prince or typical ending. These movies and songs resonate with me so much that I even got 2 Frozen tattoos! I learned about this years ago. Thich nhat hanh has a wonderful mantra. I am becoming calm. I am letting go. Having let go victory is mine. I smile. the main reason we must let go is because of our power to create. Once you become aware of how powerful your thoughts are you can understand why you have to let go. The whole points of stimulants with ADHD is to get to a point where you manage your life enough that you don't need the dopamine boost. I'm really glad that you found that for yourself. Thanks Aaron, I have deepened life experience through meditation and manifested a easier life for me..I have struggles tho still letting pot completely go... I have been born in a life of weak parents..father passed away..couldn't mentally hold on..and shame and guilt drove him to use hard substance till death..and mother bothers me now days with trying to fit emotional responses toward me and attempt to steer me to feel sorry, while she turns her words onto hatefulness... I am dealing with true pain. And I know it's a gift. Just developing it into my art and music and daily yoga meditation visualizing all as I like to see it for myself. I love my parents, I'm in my thirties, stay on routine with meditation, trying new things, and find deeper acceptance for myself to love godliness within .while most around me including family..is blind to awakening and being worldly horizontally driven..will I feel happy for those when I see them in same cycles as I expand and find more balance and liberty. That is my personal question to the awakened souls.
