I personally prefer chefs who aren't obsessive about weights and measures. Handy to have a recipe, but amateur cooking (the audience including myself) is about proportions, personal taste and eyeballing, not precise measurements- if you're good enough at it (as he seems to be), it becomes an art.
@chamberlandfill Жыл бұрын
@@RJ-wx3fh fair enough but the dude is fun to watch but I’ve been cooking all kinda of stuff for over 20 years for fun. He’s probably hard to follow if your still getting the hang of how to measure and prep properly but I really like his videos.
@jrobidas2 жыл бұрын
I haven’t seen all the videos yet, but I’d love to see the process on how y’all clean the frogs and prep the legs!

You cut a slit all the way around the frog and then use pliers to peel the skin back. You gut it then fry it
@chk37002 жыл бұрын
Easier than that...creepy part is the legs separated from body still move and kick for quite a while...then when they quit add salt and they start moving again...very tastey fresh

@erikhoryza90682 жыл бұрын
@@Zoka211 unfortunately if you don't give something multiple chances to be decent, it becomes difficult to like it. I've never experienced frog legs, but have heard similar things to crocodile & alligator, but I enjoyed those. I think region and how the food is prepared matters too. I know you know this, but in a roundabout way, I agree with you haha.
@Zoka2112 жыл бұрын
@Erik Horyza With crocodiles i think the most interesting part is the hunting, preparing and cooking. I once saw a video ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4Swio2qZsepgKs ) wherer they go for a gator hunt and a little kid shooting the gator (think thats some louisiana thing.. XD) , so they could later prepare, cook and eat it, which was very interesting to me.
