LET GO & LET GOD: Time to Get Out of the Way

Sometimes we need to remind ourselves that everything is not up to us. We have to remember to LET GO, LET GOD, and get out of the way. Our society has placed so much value in the DOING that we often feel like NOT DOING is a weakness. But that's only our CONDITIONING, it is not the TRUTH. For those of us living with chronic illness, it can be very hard to allow ourselves not to do when we feel strong enough to do.

Hello Annie: Perfectly stated and is also one of the more popular slogans in A.A. Surrendering to a higher power so to speak, encourages us to trust the process and stop stressing over things that are beyond our control. Certainly saves a lot of unnecessary worry and provides us with the necessary reset to start anew and to be able to handle future challenges with renewed energy. Thanks Annie, as always, thoroughly enjoying the videos.

Oh I so love this Annie!! Your best video yet!! I have had so many answered prayers from God Almighty- so I'm glad you acknowledged Him. I think we work in conjunction with God - we push, do, work, but it's HE who opens doors, roads and opportunities. I also believe if you push too hard it backfires, for precisely the reasons you mentioned- there is no room for God to work his miracles. 😊 So glad you got the chance to rest - it's already paid off from all the wisdom you garnered from it!! ❤
