HSPs have an IMPORTANT ROLE to play in the world. Because we need and foster deep, authentic connections, we are agents of HEALING for the world. Even though we tend to be socially awkward, we are wired for human connection. Because we don't always like people, we tend to isolate, and that creates a paradox because our role is out in the world. And that goes for empaths, autistic, and neurodivergent people too. We are here to bring back humanity to humanity.

Hello Annie: I can thoroughly relate to your video. I'm a longtime member of Alcoholics Anonymous (approaching 31 years of sobriety), and everything you mention mirrors 100 percent of what goes on in these rooms. We're a discussion group, and the only way we can help ourselves on our journey of recovery is by helping others. This is accomplished by being your true authentic self and by doing more listening than talking. Anything less than that simply doesn't work. Getting at the root cause of what drives the addictions in the first place is key and requires complete honesty and a willingness to share and, at the same time, take a vested interest in helping the others in the group work through their issues. The benefits are truly immense for all involved. Lives are turned around not just for the addicted individual but for their families as well. Thanks Annie, great video!

It is a paradox, isn't it? Sharing, giving, caring make me feel really good too. But we can lose ourselves in it as well because our compassion is mixed with a need to be loved. It can be tricky. I made a video about that last summer. "Codependency and Empaths: Letting Go Of Control Of Your Partner's Health | Stage 4 Cancer"

Yes, it's true for me too....I say I don't like humans but I seem to care a lot, as I don't want anyone to suffer or be harmed. Well, maybe some....LOL! I like the good ones but they are few. I don't trust humans. I'd trust a hungry crocodile 1st. 🤣🤣 I do care about how I treat others, and love to share acceptance and a friendly smile and chat. It's complicated.

OMG!!!!! You're the first to get it officially online!!!!! Yippeee! I'll be mentioning this in my videos in the future, Amazon puts A LOT of value on a book having ratings and reviews. So if you're up to it once you have read some of it (and like it hopefully!), please drop a line as a review. 🤗

❤ yes I really want your book ❤ And funny thing is the other day I was talking to someone in the carport and a very low vibration person who I refer to as the tweaker guy. My cat was out there that I rescued from outside hell and we were talking about that cuz he brought the cat up, and we were having talk about cats, to and before I walked away I told him I love all creatures except humans 😂😂😂😂 it just came out of my mouth LOL!

Glad I found yiur video. Thank you for putting a voice to how it is for us. We are here to make others feel better, to make connection, right? At the moment, I am wondering when it is my turn to Receive? Am in my 70's and it's always been about giving and making others walk away feeling good, even great Now I am tired. Exhausted at giving from an empty cup. A cup that I have to fill myself then pour out for others. It's just too much. And hard. And exhausting. And lonely. And yes, i live a very isolated life, and can fill my own cup. But would be soooo awesome to just have One person, for a change, filling up my cup. Take csre and keep up your good work. ❤
