Had to let her go to love myself. Had to let her go to learn I deserved better. Had to let her go to learn how to be happy. "You only need the light when it's burning low" The worst part is when the light was gone for so long that darkness became home. The light becomes blinding and difficult to adjust. Not everything starts out dark. But if the light dims slow enough you'll never notice the difference until it's too late. Then you have to make a choice. To stay in darkness or search for light.
