I've seen a couple of performances of this song by the VOL, each with different soloists and members of the group. This one seems to have six members of Voctave: Jamey (the man with one arm), Sarah(in the purple dress), Tiffany (who sings the lead here), Karl (the black man in the center), Kate (the woman in the blue dress who hits that high note), and J.C. (the man on the far right).

The lady in blue has a AMAZING High range for her vocals and the lady in the purple does a better job as the lead lady vocal. in my opinion
