This used to be my favorite game in Vegas. It can be a lot of fun at a full or nearly full table as you get entertainment not just from your hands but from other players as well. Additionally, if you play correct strategy you lose at most only 1 bet per hand, except on rare occasions when after seeing the first dealer card you should then stand with a non winning hand (4 to a flush or open ended straight) You should always pull the first bet with these hands though because the first dealer card will wreck your draw the vast majority of the time, and even when it doesn't the second card will over 80% of the time. Also, if the maximum table payout is 25k you should downsize your bets so that 2 bets won't exceed the maximum payout. Since a royal flush pays 1,000-1 on each bet, you should only bet $10 per spot which would be a $20,000 hit on a royal (30k if you had all 3 bets out but as I said before always pull the first bet on non-dealt winners, and half the 3rd bet payout would be given away with the 25k cap) You are giving the house too much money when you bet more than $10 per spot since they don't give you the full odds payout when you hit.

Yes, the odds seem very bad, but the ability to pull back 2 of 3 equal bets, offsets the poor olds a bit and adds some excitement . Also, the game tends to be streaky, lots of bad hands in a row and lots of great hands in row. Min betting on the losing streaks, followed by pressing it when the cards are good, is a strategy that most people use. Like you said, its a fun game.

This is a fun game. What are the minimums for the three place bets and for the three card poker spot? I usually put five dollars on the three start bets ten on the three card poker bet and the dollar on the bonus bet. I have gotten four of a kind about twelve times in my life. But can usually play a lot longer with the smaller bets.

you should only play the 3 main spots as they have the lowest house advantage. Also minimum is usually $5-10 which is what I would play; Since the table maximum payout is only $25,000 playing $10 will let you reach that with a royal flush. Betting more than $10 is just giving the house money should you hit that jackpot, as they will keep the extra money that you should have won beyond $25,000 because of the table maximum.

I've never played it but I do like the game. Odds are quite easy to figure out on each street. Can you play a smaller amount in the bonus spot then your get on the other streets ?

you lose a lot faster making the 3 card bet, it has an enormous house advantage. Just play the base game for $10 a spot.

Let it Ride is an enjoyable game. It is often VERY Streaky, though. Long runs of bad cards, and long runs of Awesome cards. You have to be prepared for those losing streaks....by "prepared" I mean be able to play through almost 20 losing hands and still have something to battle back with. Putting out $50 bets, only gives Sarah enough "ammo" to last through 14 bad hands. Sarah plays aggressively, which can make an exciting video, but can also make for a short video if unlucky.

you should only play this game with $10 per spot bets. Since the table has a $25,000 max payout, you are just giving money away betting more because you can't get the full odds payout for hitting a royal. At $10 a spot, making a royal would pay $20,000 if you had 2 bets out (you should always pull the first bet unless dealt a pair of tens or better, even 3 card flushes or straights you should pull the bet) If you were dealt 3 to a Royal and didn't pull the first bet, even at only $10 if you hit the jackpot the house will just steal $5,000 of your winnings from that third spot because of the table maximum. Also the 3 card bet is a sucker bet with a huge house advantage, don't do it.

I don’t know which is worse-getting a sour receipt that just rubs salt in the wound or not even having a nice printer on which to print said receipt. I mean, if the house is going to take that much money from you, I see no reason why they can’t get a thermal printer like everyone else. Heck, if they REALLY wanted to get fancy, they could upgrade to a thermal printer AND receipt paper that has coupons on the back. 🤯. That sucks. I like this game. I play twice as much on the 3 card as i would on the 5 card spots. That way i can let it ride on a small pair then pull the middle one back and break even if i dont hit anything.

I have never played the game but it looks like a suckers game. Texas Holdem or Black Jack seems a lot easier. But that's just me. A craps player and a blackjack player. You can't play every game in the house and expect to win.
