I definitely like the blue the second day. First day seems a little lighter like cotton candy. Also good point about living in hotter climates. I have done hair professionally for 30 years and worn blue hair for 20. So because the product is wax based that is really something to consider as it can get 'melty'. I agree that you are pretty heavy handed as the product is globbed at the roots and should not sit on the scalp as it is doing. Your hair is not as dense as Naptural and she used a little over half a jar and her hair is also longer. I would suggest being intentional about lightly distributing the product evenly on each section first to see the level of vibrancy then do a second round which may be just enough or you may need a third round. I would also suggest apply the color a couple inches away from the scalp to give a more natural dark root graduation into the color. Also it is more safe to have wax off the scalf so that it can breathe and not have long term damage from in harmful chemicals just in case. Also! You do not have to color your whole head. I would leave the neck and back and only apply color to the front hair line and large portion of the crown. For people who get weaves it would be thw same idea as leaving your edges and top out but a lot more on the top. Will save product and time. Transfer is less because it won't get all over your neck and clothes. With temp dyes I always suggest updos like cute top buns just because their is less transfer stress. I am going to order some of this products I love it.

I love my hair paint wax but even while not being active it definitely transfers. I only use it if I’m ready to take on the challenge. It does transfer onto clothes or just anything that you touch but it does wash off so I’m not too mad at it. It’s fun to be able to switch it up sometimes.

Omg your hair is so pretty! I don't know what I did differently, I just used this on my daughter and it literally flattened her hair. I had to scrunch like mad and diffuse it to bring them back. And I didn't even use a quarter of what you did (we wanted a more subtle look with an ombre effect)
