No problem at all. I am not sure what happened with the Zoom. But I do apologize for the inconvenience. Making sure people have a seamless hassle free experience when they interact with me is the goal; but I do fall short. I've launched things like my New Farmer Playbook and pulled back when my assistant resigned. I realized it was going to be too much work for me. I honestly have/had too many irons in the fire: I own a real estate brokerage, an online Notary membership and a farm. Which is just too much. I am closing the Notary membership effective December 31st. Anyone who needs my help with real estate, farming and making money will now be directed to one place...my coaching website. So, if you want a perfect mistake free experience; I'm probably not your person. If you're ok with an imperfect and accountable person who always makes things right on the back end and can help you do what no one else can (or will)...holler at your girl.😅😉

@outthemudfarm5133 I received that! Ni not perfect imperfect but great turn out on the back end is what I'm looking for. I'm willing to go through it for my dream sake. With that being said you transparent is respectable and I appreciate your work. I will follow the new path and see what I can get out of it. I'm looking up farmers agency as we speak and it's one in Polk County Florida where I am at. 40 mins from me.

I've just tried to join the deed dynasty and it says the offer has expired 😢. But there is a timer there with over 10hrs left on it. When will it open back up again?

My bad. I set it to expire 12.31.24 at 12:00am instead of 11:59pm. It's fixed now. I'll see you in the community.
