After the update in Oct 2020 I have never been able to log back in where I was at level 75! It took me 4-5 years to get there! I sent email after email to customer service but never heard anything back. I finally just started over at the beginning a few weeks ago. 😢

I figured they had abandoned the game since there has not been any more updates and the holiday games were no longer available. Which sucks because this was my favorite and go to game!! 😡😢😭😤

No, no voices. I just wanted to know how to play because the game doesn't explain much and I ended up clicking something to see what it was and the game took 600 coins. I didn't want to dawdle all day. Thanks, but no thanks. Not what I was looking for.
