The way Jaybz explained why the bathroom issue being such a talking point is dangerous, I understand why Alexis felt the way she did given her experience. Note to Jaybies- putting it on the state takes it away from the individual. With Roe v Wade in place any person at where had access- the government didn’t have say so on any level. Putting it on the state still puts it under governmental control- just State government. There are a few states now where abortion access is being denied- that was determined by the Supreme Court which was stacked by DJT. And there are more than a few states where abortion access has already been denied.
