Congratulations for this well executed job ! If I can suggest some improvement... The hair is rigid a little bit. Perhaps may You add follow through and secondary motion just a little bit more. When she moves up the head, her hair may follow but damp by the hair friction, and inertia... arrive later, pass the position and get back. But this is all about very little details, your work is awesome

If you animate 1 frame everyday on a 3 min vid its gonna be 180 frames = 180 days

It depends on the frame rate thats only for 1 frame per second but industry uses 24 frames per second

In Krita, I didn't use any filters. In the post production (Adobe Premiere Pro), I used this filter called Boris FX plug-ins. I think it is available for Premiere and After Effects.

I was wondering how to overlap one layer over another? Because I drew this character, and I want their hair to be above the face. How do I do that? Especially with how you easily colored the table and body, yet you overlapped the body on the table.

Nice job! I do have one small compliant though. She reacts too fast after the ball hits her. It should've taken her maybe a frame or two of processing time to realize what just happened, and then she can react appropriately.

I think everybody's reaction is different. Some people are much faster to react or much slower. Not every person is the same. But this is just honest opinion QwQ But I can see your point of view too

Actually, when someone gets hit in the face the reaction is in many cases really fast because of a biological reflex that makes us protect our eyes without even having to think about it. :)
