The tweet didn't talk about Denzel's obscurity. It talked about him being underrated. Being underrated can happen at any point in an artists career pretty much until they become mainstream. I definitely wouldn't say he's underground, but he doesn't get nearly as much attention as a lot of these Worldstar wonder mumble rappers, so I'd say he's still pretty underrated
