I think we need to start talking more about 'Chocolate Starfish and the Hotdog Flavored Water' as it's a seminal album in the pantheon of rock history - I remember when it dropped people were literally going nuts, playing it everywhere, I heard it in friend's cars and at parties and even at the Jr. High dances at the local Community Center. It's weird how the record has gotten so buried underneath the things that came after and is essentially never discussed anymore. Don't y'all remember the banger "My Way" ?? Essential tune imo.

My knowledge of rap features isn't that large, so the one that comes to mind for me was Francis and the Lights on The Big Day. That shouting and screaming does mesh well with the softer production.
