Giiiiiirl, that’s not a “dumb” argument, because voicing how you feel is never dumb - But it’s definitely an argument I’ve had with my husband before. When me and my husband get upset with each other, it’s so easy to feel like everyone else has an amazing relationship/marriage. Yep I absolutely can relate with that argument... I just think that men just literally don’t think sometimes, I seriously literally don’t think that they think, like nothing, I mean nothing goes through their heads!!!! Thank you for explaining the whole locking your abs in for ur core strength, it’s so important for people understand how important it is with any exercise, otherwise people just do these workouts and wonder why they aren’t getting any results & that can easily unmotivate ppl.... So thank you, cos I got a lot out that !!! Arrrrggggghhhhhh don’t stress to much lovely, I’m a Victorian and I am finally getting to see my mum that I haven’t seen for nearly two years early next week and then I’ll Get to see my dad...... My sister and nieces and nephews (who r all in there 20’s and 30’s), I saw a few of them when we had all restrictions lifted and even no masks out doors, which was in Feb this year. But that’s all and I miss them all so much..... Soon u guys will be out and free to 💜💜💜 Sending positive happy vibes to U Kurt and Fox and for Jnr bubs too 😘😘😘😘 Love you guys heaps and thanks cos keeping it real..... But one thing i'll say is whatever it is, never go to bed angry. JUST DONt do it, cuz you never know when the last time you'll see anyone really esp the ones you love, life lets just say is unpredictable. Im saying this from a good place, cuz my boyfriend of almost half a decade is dead, and i was angry at him and it just hurts thinking about, everything. So if you will and can, do take the advice how you will, this goes for anyone that might be reading this comment. Hope you are all well. I totally get where you’re coming from! I would totally have done the same thing. But my husband and I have listened to some marriage counselling talks and one thing we learnt wad that it’s good that you set your expectations in the morning, that you wanted to work out, but without giving a time you expected to do it it’s not fair to expect they will come to you about it. It’s called content communicating. When you had finished on your laptop, if you had gone up to asked to workout then he probably would have said yes because you then content communicated with him. But girl, I’ve been married or over 3 years and we’re still working on communication 😂

We just had our second 6 months ago and the best thing we did was move our daughter into her new room like 6 weeks before the baby went into her old room and that way she didn’t feel pushed out. Plus the less new things going on at once for them the better. We also included her on getting room ready for her brother, we had no issues with her being jealous or anything. So excited for Fox! What a fun room it’ll be! And we have been married for 8 years…yes it’s normal. I find most of those arguments come from a culmination of things and assuming from both parties. Ah yes yes yes, relationships. From my therapist to you, the mantra is: OVER COMMUNICATE. 16 years together 8 years married and there's never been a better a practice more important to me and my husband. There is no other person who shares this kind of relationship with you in your life so if you have to preface each joke - which totally kills it - or over explain how you imagined the day to go - which at times feels like you shouldn't have to- JUST DO IT. At times we think our partner should read our minds but IT'S NOT POSSIBLE. I like to think of it as if over communicating as a privilege you give to your partner that others don't have the benefit of receiving. Each fight is an opportunity to get to a greater understanding of who your partner is. An opportunity to get closer. AND if you have a really mature argument and recover beautifully, let your kid see how you do it. Restage it if you have to so they can learn how to properly resolve a fight. Just like working out the work is never done, you just get stronger. 👍🏼👍🏼

You are never alone... and not crazy! Glad I have you to relate. The dumb arguments are usually an underlying issue. Stress. You're doing amazing.
@fljg73303 жыл бұрын
I do wonder how Kurt feels about having your "argument" aired to all and sundry, without a right of reply or input. Yes, it's totally normal for couples to have differences of opinions, and there's no harm in saying "Kurt and I just had a little argument, but we're fine, we'll get over it quickly enough!" But if you're trying to be "level-headed, grown-up, mature" I don't necessarily think that this was the best way to go about things. Just my opinion 🤷.

I LOVED this vlog, not only was it incredibly satisfying watching the house being cleaned BUT hearing that you and Kurt have similar tiff's like my boyfriend (of 6 years) and I do was kinda reassuring lol. I love your and Kurt's relationship and look up to you two, so to see that you have moments like me and argue with your partner over some sort of mis-communication made me feel so much more normal haha. So thank you for being honest! I don't think you sound dramatic or crazy, everyone goes through little tiffs like this, what matters is that you don't let it go unresolved and you and Kurt obviously don't since you seem to always be the best of friends (I like to think my boyfriend and I are quite similar to you two). Thank youuuuu for sharing the REAL side of relationships! we all have moments like that with our partners and it's so much easier to work through them when small arguments & occasional disagreements are normalised! it doesn't mean that something in the relationship has changed, or even that one person is wrong and the other right, merely just lack of communication and a different point of view (something I've really learnt this year). big love sezzy 🤍🤍🤍

Hello, Sarah. I completely understand what you're saying and can relate to the argument; I used to do this a lot with my bf and it was causing a lot of problems; my counsellor explained it to me in a way that made a lot of sense. It's not about being right or wrong; it's just that men think differently than women. Us as women think about all the things we want to do that day, where they only think about one thing at a time. So, while it may appear to us that they don't care enough to ask, they do care, they just don't think about it. I understood once I realised that was the case, and it didn't make me feel so unwelcome or unthought of.
