a little trick I learned when I used to live by myself. When it is hard to open a jar, put the lid under hot water for a bit. The metal expands with the heat and then it is easier to open.

Some tips if kurt still has sibo, do a candida or parasite cleanse+keto diet, it's a long proces to cure and you really need to be strict with the diet, if you have lactose intolerance dont take any dairy because it wil turn into fungus in the gut because the body cant digest the lactose. take these things daily: liversupport+ kidneysupport suplements(is a must) probiotics, digestive enzymes, parasite cleanse supplements, drink lots of tea with cinamon, turmeric, ginger, cloves, mint, chamomile, liver support/detox tea. you can take (zeolite or bentonite) clay and Diatomaceous earth
