you should add lore to your build, a few must haves are a building wagons, with a stable for horses, as well as a tavern. also shops, towers, some aesthetic eye catching features. as well as a church (or cathedral / worshiping place), maybe a dock with a Crane. and some houses for villagers. you must have a city center with markets.
