The tissue box is hilarious 😂 but when you added flies under the bed, I nearly vommed from the thought of the smell and state of that mattress 🤢 Cobblebottom Row has been delightful! Love all the characters and their storylines. I want this build so bad in my game right now!

you could use the mouse little hole from debug, it's from City living and also add the grody and rodent traits on his apartment specifically. When you divide them, you can add traits individually :)

As always another bloody fabulous build/setting/storyline. I think stinky Merv should randomly fall in love with I dont know a new face in town his age and seeks help from some of his tenants to change his habits and interior design ideas. Forging new friendships and a better Landlord!

I imagine that one of the reasons that merv is so cranky is because he constantly trips going into his kitchen? He probably spills whatever he’s holding and doesn’t clean it up which leads to the stains and bad floors, and maybe leaks into the boiler room? I’ve been sick this past week and binged this whole series and absolutely loved it. I can’t wait to see what other characters and builds you create :)

For one of the smaller cottage lots you should like a renovated castle moment. Like a ruined castle that's been bought and made livable again by a history obsessed sim. This would be the perfect world for that, or maybe Windenburg.

Kinda funny but awkward story......so my mum passed away 2 years ago from alcohol abuse and as i was clearing out her flat i found 68 empty bottles of cider stashed all sorts of places!!! Those lights are actually worth something. When they first moved into this flat, they did have some things that left over from the family estate. Mervin’s ex, now an antique dealer, tried to take them, along with the other things she got a hold of in the divorce settlement, but he refused to give up the lights.

I cant wait to play this save file. Ive decided though that Mervin is going to meet someone who is kind and sympathetic to him despite him being a bit of a butt. They'll be so kind to him that itll rub off on old mean Merv and he'll start to make an effort on himself, cleans up his flat, catches up with the repairs and maintenance on his rentals. He'll even be the first to help the Evans family move into their new Eden before deciding that its time he doesnt continue being a landlord anymore and sells up to go live by the beach where he'll spend the rest of his days in the sun.
