Hi Nichole. Welcome to my world I was in the hospital with rsv and pneumonia. The day after I came home the Welfare showed up and brought me 3 of my great grandchildren 🤣. They are 6 yr old little boy Xander and Treasure is 4 and Journey is 2. It has been crazy ever since

Hi Nichole I know the feeling I had covid in 2022 as well it’s left me with RA and on injections for life now not nice I do hope you can get relief from your back pain hun have you tried acupuncture hun it might help so sorry to hear your in pain and your not boring clever lady sending hugs xx

You are definitely not boring. I feel for you with the back pain. I have herniated disks in my back. I have had multiple epidural cortisone injections. What helped way more than the cortisone injections was the radio frequency nerve ablation. Ask your doctor about it. Sending prayers you heal and feel better soon. Don’t be so hard on yourself. You are an amazing and talented person. And 50 is young 😁
