Not sure what's different, but that rear sprocket p/n is for: SUPERLITE RS7 428 Conversion Steel Rear Sprocket (#10117RX) HONDA Grom / Monkey ('13-21)

I don't know anyone who's flashing Grom CBR swap ecus just because of the injector and TB locations makes it tough to balance out. Aracer is the best option for a good running swap.

Marketplace usually. This one I traded for. Donor bikes are the way to go imo I just had everything else already.
