You are right when you say there is no real secret, it takes a consistent investment of time, effort, and resources to experience real hair growth. Hi Briana! I watched your last 2 videos on how you did your braids and how you maintained them and I actually went ahead and braided my hair the same way you did! ☺️ it’s going on Week 2 for me with my braids as well. Those videos were very helpful. I find that having braids lasts longer than if I were to have twisted my hair. I would love to see your wash day routine after having your braids in or how do you take care of your hair after having a protective style. Thanks for your tips and helpful advice! XOXO ♥️

Instead of using a refresher spray you can use water instead to refresh your hair. Sometimes you may not be ready to wash your hair yet sooo instead of using a restorative spray you can use water.
