Replying to some of the comments: The 'Creators learn from each other'! And In my opinion are (mostly) fantastic at it. I sure wish folks would stop comparing nearly every new farming game to SV! Where do you think CA got his inspiration from?! He got it from playing HM as a kid then went on to make his own game...

stardew valley was compared to HM and SoS though! I think it's a beautiful thing. There is so much love for the OG (and the second "gen" if you wish to count SV as that) and it trickles down! It's not comparing as a negative, at least not the comments I was seeing. It was more of comparing a green apple to a red. Sorry for bad english

I play on steam deck docked and handheld. The controller works great. But Bluetooth will disconnect frequently with Steam Deck docked but does with all games till I used the wireless dongle in the USB port on the back of the dock.

Drives me nuts that ppl always compare any farming game to stardew…seriously there were farming games b4 stardew so stardew as well is also just a rip of of these….gosh like it or not give it a go or pass nobody wanna hear that nonsense….farmgames having core mechanics alike the genre just as for horror, rpgs etc….and fields of misteria looks so cute i love that design gives me major snes vibes! Getting my hands on it asap xD!

A lot of young ppl i guess, Sailor Moon has not been in the general public eye for a while, but yeah, the sprites of the characters are undoubtedly inspired by Sailor Moon artstyle.

@@Dungaipara it doesn’t, it’s pixel art but still looks very different. Stardew is one of my favorite games but i always find it weird when people say every other pixel art or cozy farming game is a stardew clone when Stardew is a harvest moon clone itself. Concerned ape is probably flattered he inspires new games like harvest moon inspired him. And even with the same type art style and genre Fields of Mistria is very different from stardew.

@@curlyxcoco I like the character designs in Stardew and a bunch of other games in that vein, from Coral Island to Wylde Flowers. And I have no issue with the sprites in this game. It's the character drawings that appear with the dialogue boxes that look like cheesy anime that I dislike
