You are very much off Celine, MBM was a reskin of Puyo Puyo, Super Puyo Puyo is a port of that Sega arcade game put out by Compile (Puyo Puyo creator) and distributed by Banpresto. SNES Kirby's Avalanche, much like MBM is a reskin of the game for US audiences with characters more familiar to western audiences. Might want to do a little research next time before posting.

For once I’m disappointed in the music quality on the SFC. You’d think the Super Nintendo would sound better than a Windows MIDI. Speaking of the Windows MIDI, throw that thing in the garbage. It makes the Java version seem finished. The Mega Drive is probably one of the best ports IMO.

I could find a problem for each one shown (More for some like Java) Arcade: The English voice acting is terrible. Glad it was fixed in Fever and later releases. GameBoy: Looking at it is already hard enough, why not make the Puyos look similar with only minor differences. Famicom/FDS/MSX2: The dropping animation feels very stiff. I believe this is why the handhelds had better smooth animations for the Puyos. Java: Probably don't make another one like this in Java. The music is worse than CD or the handhelds. This would be the only one considered a mistake. N-Gage: The color pallet is really messed up. The music feels less like the series it's supposed to be based on. It almost makes Java's look better than this, but it's not. Game Gear: Besides not being released outside of Japan, the music feels meh to me unless it's the later levels. Don't get me wrong, but the Puyos all look the same. I know it's on a weaker system, but shouldn't they at least make the Puyos look different? It feels harder than most of the other versions if you don't know how to chain. PC98: The problem isn't the shaking screen. It's the fact it lacks most of the voice acting, and the Super Famicom and Mega Drive both have it. Even CD has it. Music? Sounds slightly worse than the Mega Drive version but still okay. Windows (Don't know if it's Win95 or Win98): What is wrong with the animation of the title screen and the characters? It looks like the worst animation for a port. Music sounds like a MIDI sequence. Well at least some of the voices are in this version unlike PC98, but they still sound very compressed. CD (PC Engine): Oh no not CD. Anything but its terrible voice compression. Aside from that it looks great but not as great as the MD or SF versions. Imagine if there was a version made for the Sega CD. It would sound a lot better than this. I understand it's the TurboGrafx 16's fault for having a poor sound chip. Mega Drive: Aside from its horribly compressed sound (not music) and some missing voices, it feels like the most arcade like experience. It doesn't sound as great as the arcade, but that's to be expected. I see a larger difference between this and CD in the look, and it looks better on the Mega Drive than CD. Super Famicom: Music has more of a medieval/tropical feel than the others. Sound is less compressed than the others, and overall experience fells the same as the Mega Drive with some differences. There's at least one or two soundtracks that sound worse than the arcade. Although it isn't perfect (And the opponent's about to fail screen), it still has the feel of playing like the Mega Drive. Sharp X68000: By the looks of this version, it looks like it's missing a few modes. It looks like the score resets after you beat a stage on the right side. It literally is a port of the arcade version with some minor differences. FM Towns: The animation looks a little stiff, but at least it's more clear than the Windows version. And what is with the music? It is better than the Java and Windows versions, but it still sounds bad. Like the Sharp X68000, the score also resets if you are playing on the right side, but I think it affect all versions that have this. Not everything is perfect for any game, especially Ocarina of Time (and it has a 99 on metacritic).

it wasn't completely fixed in puyo pop fever. Some of the voices in that are just as horrible as puyo puyo arcade. The translation team got better, but it still has some major issues in the way. I feel that the only voice acting and translation that makes sense is puyo puyo tetris. I can give some insight to the different versions and give some opinions into them: Arcade: Compile wasn't major success until puyo puyo tsu, and probably didn't have the money to hire actually good voice actors. Gameboy: I'll agree on this one, the shades of color are atrocious, they could have used more distinct shades of color. Famicom/FDS/MSX2: They were last-gen consoles, and the famicom version was the 1991 version of the game, which didn't include versus, so it was really just a puzzle game at that point. Java: I hated it once I heard the music too. N-Gage: I'm surprised that this version even exists. Game Gear: Still better than the Gameboy and it's 4 non-existent shades of color. PC-98/Windows: Both are really just the same version to me, but my god the fonts, background.. everything about these ports are atrocious, not to mention that the higher resolution graphics don't do any favors but hurt to style, next. CD (PC Engine): The voice acting is terrible, but it still feels more like an actual port than some of the others. Mega Drive: The system doesn't have as strong of a voice chip as the arcade, only like 4 really, so they had to compress the voices to get the music working. Super Famicom: I feel like the screen is formatted better in this one, the HUD layout is overall better than arcade, but I feel like it's lost in music fidelity and the changing of sounds because of the system's limitations. Sharp X68000: The voice acting feels awful, and did Arle say "yatta na?" when she was the one with a 2-chain? did they not record her actual spell casts? this one feels a little.. rushed in a way. FM Towns: People love the music on this one for some reason, I feel like it overdoes the music, and loses out in some regards to other things. Also, is it just me, or does one of the 'start menu' themes sound like part of the fever theme from puyo puyo 20th anniversary?

The Arcade Version shown in this video was made by weird european people who wanted to make puyo puyo release in the west but they chose the arcade version for some reason and picked random voice actors like charles martinet (No Joke) and it is been rumored that it is a bootleg but that has been disproved.
