Thank you for the tip. Am a Kenyan being in boarding school since 12 years of age. Now I study abroad and live by myself, I then realized that I lagged at cooking. And being a girl coming from African culture, I felt ashamed that O wasn’t a good cook. It really messed up with my self esteem too. I have greatly improved overtime, being a lone made me rely on my culinary skills. I try simple healthy meals. Can’t wait to return back home and allow my fam to try some of my dishes. Ps I was born in Mombasa too.
