* Dark Soy Sauce: 10ml
* Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine): 10ml
* Granulated dashi (soup stock): 5g

1. cut the meat and soak in sugar water.
2. make tempura sauce and let cool.
3. Dust ingredients with flour.
4. Make tempura flour.
5. deep fry
