Terri-Ann, Excellent tutorial from beginning to end!!! It's like having a mom/friend who is teaching us to cook (for those who can't); someone who sincerely cares to help others learn to cook good. Showing us the seasonings you use as well help because when follow your tutorial it will come out tasting as good as yours - which can lead to one's creativity and they too can then pass on the kindness to others. :) Keep up the good, honest and sincere work. :)
