Pineapple and Passion fruit Juice Recipe
-------------------
2 cups pineapple
2-3 passion fruits
4 cups water
(1/4 cup sugar for extra sweetness is optional)
Stew Goat Recipe
---------
750g goat meat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2-3 tbsp green seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
1-2 tsp all purpose seasoning
2 bay leaves
1-2 scotch bonnet peppers
5 sprigs fresh thyme
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
4-6 cups water
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Couscous Recipe
--------
3 cups water
1/4 can coconut milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
3-5 sprigs fresh thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1-2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp mixed chopped sweet peppers
Boil for 10 minutes then turn off the pot. Add in the couscous, cover and allow to steam for 10 minutes.
Sweet Corn
------
2 Sweetcorn cut into half
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1-2 tbsp butter
(Cook for 10 minutes covered on medium heat)
Fried plantains
-------
1/4 cup oil (enough to cover bottom of frying pan)
1 ripe plantain (slice to preference)
(Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side on medium heat)

Sweet couscous is great too,you can add dried cranberries,apricots and slivered almonds delish!!!

I've been using cinnimon in my stews. It gives the meat a depth of flavor, similar to when I buy gyros. Its yum.

Such fluffy & colourful couscous, plantain, corn & that brown stew goat, what's not to love... The brown stew goat is a first for me but I love the idea of it, so will have to try it myself. Yet another delightful recipe Chef... Bravo 👏🏾

Girl!! Your food is delicious!! Yes!! Freeze those peppers!! I do the same with the Peppers jalapeno and Fresno cut them up put them in bags so I always have pepper.

Curvesohyeah yep we do 😍 like 3 times in between we handle it with a little moroccan olive oil and just some drops of water and then back into the oldskool steamer. And the part where the water is is basicly the sauce and the meat cooking

nodramamama16 about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs or if you have a pressure cooker it’s quicker

It had been in the pot for a while and I was afraid that it might burst and cause the stew to be sPicy. Cooking it whole like this adds flavour to the pot but if it bursts it becomes spicy :)
