The Let's Dance, Boys! remaster is not cancelled by the way. I'm just busy with 2 commissions at the moment and still working on Bayonetta's model. Once I'm done with Bayo I'll do Rodin, Luka and Cereza since they're in the background for a few scenes (Joy is done already) then I'll move on to environments and figuring out which rendering engine I'll be using. I honestly had no idea this was going to be such a big project when I started working on it! As a dancer, I can tell you that she's overrated, she has that typical boring Japanese style of dancing consisting in moving their arms around, that's stiff and repetitive, and that's basically all there's to say about it. Let's Dance Boys only look decent because it has been fasten and the dynamic camera angles hide a bit of the flaws of the choreography but when you're a dancer, you can still see everything that is wrong. She did some parts good in the games but those parts look so different from LDB that I wonder if that's really the same dancer or if she just didn't steal some steps from another dancer (which is much more common than you would imagine) for the moves in the game and she entirely made up the choreography of LDB. Ofc that's still better than Bayonetta 3's LDB and dancing in general which is boring af but I regret that they didn't hire a western dancer for the Bayonetta games instead of a Japanese one because it's quite odd to see a mature western woman -from the medieval times- dancing like a Japanese teenager. Edit: She's still better than a lot of Japanese dancers though ! I want to precise it !
