I couldn't agree more!! My maternal grandparents both served in the army during WW2. In fact, that was how they met. I think much of my feelings of patriotism come from them. We are so blessed here! I have several vintage flags that I inherited from them too. I'm going to be using one of them in our living room in this weeks video.❤️

Oh how I wish you could send us some of that rain🥴Its so hot, been 100°+ for over a week with no rain in Tampa. Its A bit unusual this time of year, this is august weather! I'm actually from Tennessee & this weather down here has been tough on this old lady🥵 Supposed To start getting some rain next week🙏 The pillows look so pretty! Well it actually rained most of yesterday and thru the night! Its been raining some this morning as well! If the forecast is correct we'll get rain on & off thru Friday. Florida is notorious for those everyday pop up showers almost daily, but we hadn't even had those. We needed that steady rain! I saw a utuber in Sarasota, about an hour from me, post that they got about 10" with flooding, her moms house flooded. Its just been so dry here & the earth was so hard I'm guessing it was just standing & running off in areas they don't have drain pipes. They have them here in my sons neighborhood, sounded like a waterfall yesterday! I'm thankful for every drop.. hope the temps ease up too!

Thank you so much!! We had tried to limewash our brick, in lieu of painting, but it just didn't sit well with me. It didn't go on as smoothly as I had hoped, and was chipping away. The hubby and I got on the same page and pressure washed it off...exposing the gray brick again. Somehow, with the painted floors now...the gray brick actually looks nice to me. It's so strange how that works! Thank you so much for watching my friend!

I have heard a tip that if you cut some pool noodles to 4 or 5 inches and thread them on the tension rod between the grommets of your curtain to keep a meet separate space. Hope you understand my description 😊
