That plant is a Dracaena "Janet Craig". They require a lot more water than you'd think. You'll need to water it whenever the soil dries out completely. I have one in my crestie viv. They're great plants.

Boom! Amazing enclosures! The live plant is easy. It can dry out. See the funnel top? You can top water in the hole. I've had one for several years and it's so resilient. The new water dish is such a gorgeous color! What a lucky spider! It's a paradise!

You should also get a Common Snapping Turtle since you already have an Alligator Snapping Turtle and breed them so you can get hybrids
