Now I'm testing the top speed of the 120d (non-LCI with 184 hp N47 engine). The speedometer ends at almost 240kph. It could be a bit faster, but the 6th gear can manage a lot - great! The best thing is the high economy of this small, funny hatchback with rear wheel drive.

As I hear, the noise from mirrors are still too loud when speed is over 130 km/h . It is same in my E87.

+Tomáš Rybařík BMW is still loud (compared to Audi or Mercedes), even 5series F10 oder 7series F01.

+exoroxx I know. Some noise is from tires and more I hear loud noise on highway from the mirrors. I have 118d E87.

exoroxx I think the 5 Series is very quiet at speed to be honest... especially compared with a 3 series

Great driving man! Shame it's not facelift, 140 kW / 190 hp motor ...just why ESP off? Any particular reason for that?

I was in Sport+ Modus, then DSC (ESP) is more decent. DSC wasn't really off, therefor you've got a special button. Actually there is no big difference between Sport and Sport+, but I like the lower influence of ESP to analyze what the car is really doing. But in extreme situations you have still the helping technics...
