Let's Drive to Cedar Breaks National Monument from Cedar City Utah on Utah 14 in 5K ULTRA HD

In 2007 I made that trip on a fully loaded bicycle. It took all day to get from Cedar City to a camp just below Cedar Breaks. Than a couple hours the next day to enter the Park. Thanx for the virtual ride. I forgot how beautiful it was.

Not much. It was really hot here so I just did some projects around the house.

I really want to do it in September but it will depend on the weather and gas prices. But the drive on I-84 along the Columbia River is at the top of my list of things I want to film for the channel!

Would be great if you rated these drives 1-10. For steep cliffs and scary driving. Would love to know before I go. I hate steep cliffs with no guardrail !

This drive is probably a 5 because there are some spots but overall it’s not a scary mountain road. But I’m also not you so I can’t really judge it accurately on whether you would have issues or not. But Cedar Breaks is accessible from US 89 from the east end of UT-14 and UT-148 which have no cliffs at all because they are on top of the plateau. I hope this helps! Also you can check out street view on google Maps to see what the roads look like before you go!
